 1 - School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate/Character Certificate - I have to leave the school due to some reason. I cannot continue my study here. I have to take admission in another school and have to submit my School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate/Character Certificate. 2 - Sick leave - I have been suffering from fever since last night. The doctor advised me to take complete rest. So I am unable to attend the school. So kindly grant me three days sick leave. 

3 - Fees concession - my father is a very poor farmer. He is unable to pay my school fees. I have always been a good student and never failed in any class. So kindly grant me full fees concession. 

4 - issuing a course of books - My father is a very poor farmer. He is unable to buy books for me from the market. I have always been a good student and never failed in any class. So kindly issue me all the course of books from the school library. I assure you that I will return them after the examination.
